Sri Lanka has the potential to become an international hub for logistics and financial centers due to its location at multiple crossroads of sea routes.

Our company and group companies have focused on these and have invested in and developed real estate in Sri Lanka, which has been turbulent due to terrorism and the corona crisis, while gaining the trust of the local people.

We are planning to purchase a high-class residential area (about 9,500 m²) in Piliyandala, the most popular urban area in Colombo, and adjacent land, and develop the city with smart eco-houses. (Smart eco-houses: Houses that do not require infrastructure, such as electrified houses, small wind power generation/storage systems, and circulating water purification systems)

In addition, the local group company has a tie-up with the Toyota Group (Toyota Lanka), and is developing automobile manufacturing plants, showrooms, and housing for employees. Taking advantage of this strength, we also invest in real estate for the development of surrounding areas. In the future, we are also envisioning an alliance with a Japanese housing manufacturer.

Our group company in Malaysia is planning to develop real estate in Limbang (100 acres: 404,686 m²), but we are planning based on these know-how in Sri Lanka.
